1) Senior Customer Fulfillment Manager

Role Purpose:

The Senior Customer Fulfillment Manager is operationally accountable for customer fulfilment activities in multiple legal entities/markets within Asia Pacific leading and directing team members in each of those. The incumbent coordinates material movement between dock, warehouse and first paying customer locations with the goal of creating superior customer experience in a financially viable operation in pursuit of our purpose.

Managing  a team of professionals performing activities in planning & controlling the efficient flow of product, materials, or services from the point of in-country arrival through supply chain endpoint, meeting customer requirements. Accountable that product arrives within acceptable parameters, ensuring that time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet associated targets and goals of both GSC and business partners.

Accountable for the execution and continuous improvement of standard Customer Fulfillment  processes & systems, building relationships with strategic customers and partners through Customer Fulfillment initiatives in support of vision, purpose, and goals.

Accountable for the development and wellbeing of colleagues maximizing their potential in pursuit of our collective purpose.
